98 Application to transfer exhibition licence
(1)
The holder of an exhibition licence and a proposed transferee of the licence may jointly apply to the chief executive for the transfer of the licence to the proposed transferee.
(2)
The application must—
(a)
be in the approved form; and
(b)
be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.
