16 Recording information
(1)
The authority holder must make a written record of—
(a)
the information mentioned in schedule 2, part 1 for each species of authorised animal; and
(b)
the information mentioned in schedule 2, part 2 for each authorised animal.
(2)
The authority holder must make the record of the information as soon as practicable, but no later than 7 days, after the holder becomes aware, or ought reasonably to have become aware, of the information.
