103 Requirements for storing blasting explosives
(1)
This section applies to a person storing blasting explosives in a place if the blasting explosives are schedule 4 explosives.
(2)
The person—
(a)
must store the blasting explosives in a secured area; and
(b)
must display, in the required places for the secured area—
(i)
a sign stating the word ‘Explosives’; or
(ii)
a classification sign for the explosive.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
