126 Notice of transfer of ownership of explosive
(1)
This section applies to a person—
(a)
for whom an explosive is stored at a government magazine; and
(b)
who sells or otherwise transfers the explosive, wholly or partly, to another person.
(2)
The person must, immediately following the sale or transfer, give notice under subsection (3) of the sale or transfer to—
(a)
the chief inspector; or
(b)
the manager of the government magazine.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
(3)
The notice must include the name and contact details of the person to whom the explosive has been sold or transferred.
