138A Licence must be available for inspection
The holder of an explosives driver licence must, unless the holder has a reasonable excuse—
(a)
have the licence available for inspection when driving a vehicle to transport explosives; and
(b)
if asked by an inspector, produce the licence for inspection by the inspector.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
