141 Person must report particular matters
This section applies if the person becomes aware of any of the following matters—
a dangerous situation in connection with the transportation of explosives that involves an imminent risk of death or injury to a person;
a circumstance that has the potential to adversely affect the person’s ability to comply with instructions, notices or procedures mentioned in section 140;
an explosives incident happening in connection with the transportation of explosives.
Immediately after becoming aware of the matter, the person must report the matter to the holder, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
