145B Competent authority may make determinations—Act, s 51A
(1)
For section 51A(1)(b) of the Act, the competent authority may make a determination about the safe and secure transport of an explosive.
(2)
A determination under subsection (1) must be made by notice.
Note—
A notice under subsection (2) is declared to be subordinate legislation under the Statutory Instruments Regulation 2022, section 3(3) and schedule 1.
(3)
Subsection (2) does not apply to an administrative determination.
