145D Applications for administrative determinations or amendments
(1)
A person may apply to the competent authority for—
(a)
an administrative determination; or
(b)
an amendment of an administrative determination.
(2)
The application must—
(a)
be in the approved form; and
(b)
if the application is for an amendment of an administrative determination—be accompanied by the determination.
(3)
The competent authority may, by notice given to the applicant, ask the applicant to give to the competent authority the additional information reasonably necessary to decide the application.
