18A Age of employees—Act, s 33
(1)
For section 33(1)(a) of the Act, the following ages are prescribed—
(a)
for an employee who is employed to drive a vehicle that is transporting explosives—21 years or more;
(b)
otherwise—18 years or more.
(2)
This section does not apply in relation to an employee who is employed to work at a mine.
