35 Fireworks operator licence
(1)
A fireworks operator licence authorises the holder of the licence to—
(a)
use fireworks for the purpose of a fireworks display organised by a fireworks contractor; and
(b)
possess fireworks for the purpose of using them in a fireworks display organised by a fireworks contractor; and
(c)
store and transport the fireworks, as required under parts 8 and 9, for the purpose of using them in a fireworks display organised by a fireworks contractor.
(2)
A fireworks operator licence does not authorise the holder of the licence to purchase fireworks.
