50 Possession and initiation of particular explosives in public place prohibited
(1)
A person must not, unless the person is authorised to do so under the Act or has a reasonable excuse, possess an explosive, other than an unrestricted firework, in a public place.Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
(2)
A person must not, unless the person is authorised to do so under the Act or has a reasonable excuse, initiate an explosive, other than an unrestricted firework, in a public place.Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
