37 Application of div 2
(1)
The powers under this division may be exercised if an inspector enters a place under section 22(1)(a), (c) or (d).
(2)
However, if the inspector enters under section 22(1)(a) or (c), the powers under this division are subject to any conditions of the consent or terms of the warrant.
