10 Commission’s functions
(1)
The commission has the following functions—
(a)
to hold conferences and make decisions under this Act about agency notices in relation to community members;
(b)
to deal with, under part 7, division 2, a person’s noncompliance with a case plan;
(c)
to hear applications to the commission to amend or end a family responsibilities agreement or family responsibilities order.
(2)
The commission also has the other functions given to the commission under this or another Act.
