Amendment of case plan
104 Amendment of case plan
This section applies if the commission decides to amend a family responsibilities agreement or family responsibilities order in relation to a person’s attendance at a community support service under a case plan.
The commissioner may ask the registrar to amend the compulsory case plan for the person to the extent necessary to adequately provide for the amendment.
A compulsory case plan amended by the registrar under subsection (2) must be endorsed by the commissioner.
The registrar must as soon as practicable—
give the person a copy of the amended plan; and
explain the amended plan to the person in a way that ensures the person fully understands it.
An amendment of a compulsory case plan must not result in the person being required to attend a community service, under the case plan, for more than 1 year.
