A reference in section 81, definition case plan, paragraph (a) to a family responsibilities agreement does not include a family responsibilities agreement made before the commencement of this section.
(2)
A reference in section 81, definition case plan, paragraph (b) to a family responsibilities order does not include a family responsibilities order made before the commencement of this section.
