33 Registry staff
(1)
The registry consists of—
(a)
the registrar; and
(b)
the other staff of the registry necessary for the commission to effectively and efficiently perform its functions.
(2)
The staff of the registry must include a local registry coordinator appointed for each welfare reform community area.
(3)
The registrar and the other staff are to be appointed under the Public Sector Act 2022.
