65 Rescheduling conference
(1)
This section applies if a person who is given a notice under section 61(1)(a) to attend a conference (the first conference) fails to attend the conference.
(2)
The commission must reschedule the conference and the registrar must give notice of the rescheduled conference to—
(a)
the person; and
(b)
any other person given notice of the first conference under section 61(1)(b) or (2).
(3)
The notice must state the time and place of the rescheduled conference.
