75 Revocation of notice to secretary
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a person is subject to income management because of a notice (the original notice) given to the secretary; and
(b)
the commission decides, at a conference, to give the secretary a further notice requiring that the person be subject to income management.
(2)
The further notice must be accompanied by a notice revoking the original notice.
