Family Responsibilities Commission Regulation 2014

This regulation may be cited as the Family Responsibilities Commission Regulation 2014.

For section 8A(1) of the Act, the following areas are prescribed—

the area of the Aurukun Shire Council;

the Coen area;

the area of the Doomadgee Aboriginal Shire Council;

the Hope Vale area;

the Mossman Gorge area.

In this section—

Coen area means—

the area shown as the Coen area on plan no. AP19403 held by the natural resources department; and

an area adjacent to or contiguous to the area mentioned in paragraph (a) and described in schedule 1, part 1.

Hope Vale area means—

the area of the Hope Vale Shire Council; and

an area adjacent to or contiguous to the area mentioned in paragraph (a) and described in schedule 1, part 2.

Mossman Gorge area means —

the area shown as the Mossman Gorge area on plan no. AP19404 held by the natural resources department; and

an area adjacent to or contiguous to the area mentioned in paragraph (a) and described in schedule 1, part 3.

natural resources department means the department in which the Land Title Act 1994 is administered.

For section 44(7) of the Act, definition social housing, paragraph (b), Bamanga Bubu Ngadimunku Inc. is prescribed.

The Family Responsibilities Commission Regulation 2008, SL No. 169 is repealed.
