Audit of full year report

Current

(1)

The Premier must, as soon as practicable after receiving a full year report, give it to the auditor-general for a report (the auditor-general’s report).

(2)

The auditor-general must give the auditor-general’s report to the Premier by the date agreed between the Premier and the auditor-general.

(3)

The date agreed must allow the Premier to comply with section 15.
