44 Amendment or repeal of Treasurer’s specific approval
(1)
A department or statutory body may apply to the Treasurer for amendment or repeal of a Treasurer’s specific approval.
(2)
The application—
(a)
must be in writing; and
(b)
state the reasons for the amendment or repeal.
(3)
Sections 41(3), 42 and 43 apply to the application as if it were an application for a Treasurer’s specific approval.
(4)
The Treasurer may amend or repeal a Treasurer’s specific approval even if the department or statutory body does not apply for the amendment or repeal.
(5)
The amendment or repeal of a Treasurer’s specific approval does not affect its previous operation.
