67 Existing approvals of security providers
(1)
This section applies to an approval given by the Treasurer under repealed section 41 that was in effect immediately before the commencement.
(2)
On the commencement, the approval—
(a)
continues in effect; and
(b)
is taken to have been given under section 35.
