124 Quorum
(1)
A general meeting of a society may deal with an item of business only if a quorum is present.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to an item of business that may be dealt with by postal voting under the society’s rules.
(3)
A quorum is as prescribed by the society’s rules.
