156 Effect of winding-up on office of auditor
An auditor of a society ceases to hold office if—
(a)
a special resolution is passed for the voluntary winding-up of the society; or
(b)
an order is made by the court for the winding-up of the society; or
(c)
the registrar issues a certificate under section 183 for the society.
