191 Two or more investigators appointed
(1)
This section applies if 2 or more investigators are appointed to investigate a society’s affairs (whether by the same instrument or by different instruments).
(2)
Each of the investigators may exercise the powers or perform the functions independently of the other investigator or investigators.
