206 Affected person may apply for external review by QCAT
(1)
A person whose interests are affected by the review decision may apply, as provided under the QCAT Act, to QCAT for a review of the review decision.
(2)
A copy of the application must be served on the registrar within 7 days of applying to QCAT.
