75 Effect of incorporation
On the issue of a certificate of incorporation to a society, the society is a corporation with perpetual succession and—
(a)
has, subject to this Act and the society’s rules, the legal capacity of a natural person; and
(b)
has a common seal; and
(c)
may sue and be sued in its corporate name.
