77 Copies of rules
(1)
A society must give a copy of its rules to a member or proposed member who asks for a copy and has paid the fee (if any) payable under subsection (2) to the society.
Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
(2)
A society may charge a fee for supplying the copy but only if the fee has been approved by its board.
