(1)
A society must ensure its registered name appears in legible letters on its seal.
Maximum penalty—80 penalty units.
(2)
An officer of a society, or a person acting on its behalf, must not use a seal, purporting to be the society’s seal, on which its registered name does not appear in legible letters.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2)—80 penalty units.
