145S Evidentiary aid about local fire ban
In a proceeding for an offence against section 145R, a certificate purporting to be signed by the commissioner stating the following matters is evidence of the matters—
(a)
on a stated day, or during a stated period, a local fire ban was in force at a stated place;
(b)
the types of fire the lighting of which was prohibited under the ban.
