146P Assistance with plan
(1)
The commissioner may provide assistance to the occupier of a building in the preparation and implementation of the plan required to be maintained by the occupier under section 146O(1)(a) and any regulations made under this part in relation to such a plan.
(2)
An occupier to whom assistance is provided is liable to pay to the commissioner the amounts charged by the commissioner for the assistance.
