149M Power to seize evidence etc.
An authorised fire officer who enters premises under section 149K may seize a thing at the premises if the authorised fire officer reasonably believes—
(a)
the thing is evidence of an offence against this Act; or
(b)
the thing has just been used in committing an offence against this Act; or
(c)
the seizure is necessary to prevent the thing being hidden, lost or destroyed; or
(d)
seizure of the thing is necessary for the purposes mentioned in section 149K.
