149ZK Failure to help investigation officer
(1)
A person required to give reasonable help under section 149ZJ(3)(b) must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
(2)
It is a reasonable excuse for the person not to comply with the requirement because complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the person.
