151C When proceeding must start
A proceeding for a summary offence against this Act must start within the end of whichever of the following periods ends later—
(a)
1 year after the commission of the offence;
(b)
6 months after the offence comes to the complainant’s knowledge, but within 2 years after the offence is committed.
