231 Delayed commencement in relation to prohibition on particular use of restricted expressions
(1)
On the commencement, section 150H(1)(a) does not apply to the use of a restricted expression mentioned in subsection (3) of that section.
(2)
However, section 150H(1)(a) starts applying to the use of a restricted expression on the day that is 1 year after the commencement.
(3)
In this section—restricted expression see section 150H(3).
