8 Establishment
(1)
Queensland Fire and Rescue (QFR) is established.
(2)
Rural Fire Service Queensland (RFSQ) is established.
(3)
Each of QFR and RFSQ is a fire service.
(4)
QFR and RFSQ are collectively called the fire services.
