133 Ending of Commonwealth–State arrangements
(1)
A Commonwealth–State arrangement for a fishery may be ended under the Commonwealth Fisheries Act.
(2)
On the ending of the arrangement, all authorities issued, and regulations and declarations made, for the fishery expire.
