152 Seizing evidence for which warrant issued
(1)
This section applies if an inspector—
(a)
is authorised to board a boat or enter a vehicle or place under a warrant; and
(b)
boards the boat or enters the vehicle or place under the warrant.
(2)
The inspector may seize the evidence for which the warrant was issued.
