55A Additional matter to consider for resource allocation authority or aquaculture authority
In deciding an application for a resource allocation authority or aquaculture authority, the chief executive must have regard to the impact of the relevant development on—
coastal management under the Coastal Protection and Management Act 1995; and
the protection of Queensland waters as required under the Environmental Protection Act 1994; and
the management of marine parks under the Marine Parks Act 2004.
In this section—relevant development means—
for an application for a resource allocation authority—the development proposed to be mentioned in the authority; or
for an application for an aquaculture authority—the aquaculture development to which the authority is proposed to relate.
