76Y Approval of video monitoring equipment
The chief executive—
(a)
may approve a type of video monitoring equipment for a boat or type of boat used under an authority subject to a video monitoring condition; and
(b)
must publish a description of the type of video monitoring equipment approved under paragraph (a) on the department’s website.
