90 Non-indigenous fisheries resources not to be released
(1)
A person must not unlawfully release non-indigenous fisheries resources, or cause non-indigenous fisheries resources to be placed or released, into Queensland waters.Maximum penalty—2,000 penalty units.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to the release or placing of non-indigenous fisheries resources into Queensland waters in the circumstances prescribed by regulation.
