12 C1-ITQ certificate
(1)
The chief executive must issue a certificate (a C1-ITQ certificate) to each person who holds C1-ITQ units.
(2)
The C1-ITQ certificate must state the following—
(a)
the holder’s name;
(b)
for each type of C1-ITQ units, that the units are issued for the taking of prescribed crab in the prescribed crab management region;
(c)
how many C1-ITQ units of each type the holder has;
(d)
if the chief executive has imposed conditions on the C1-ITQ units under section 61 of the Act—the conditions.
