132 Persons who may be appointed as inspectors
For section 140(1)(d) of the Act, the following persons are prescribed—
(a)
an employee of a local government;
(b)
a person with relevant knowledge of fisheries resources or fish habitat in a particular area;
Example for paragraph (b)—
a member of an entity engaged in stocking fish
(c)
a person appointed to enforce fisheries legislation, other than the Act.
