147 Existing notices relating to vessel tracking
This section applies to each of the following notices that were still in effect immediately before the commencement—
a boat communication notice given to the chief executive under section 625K of the expired regulation;
a notice given to the chief executive under section 625N of the expired regulation;
a notice given by the chief executive or an inspector under section 625O(3), 625P(3) or 625Q(2)(a) of the expired regulation;
a notice given to the chief executive or an inspector under section 625Q(2)(b) of the expired regulation.
The notice is taken to have been given under the provision of chapter 4, part 1 corresponding to the provision of the expired regulation under which the notice was given.
In this section—
expired regulation means the expired Fisheries Regulation 2008.
