156 Existing commercial fisher licences
(1)
This section applies to a commercial fisher licence—
(a)
to which section 144 applied on the commencement of that section; and
(b)
that has not been renewed between the commencement of that section and the commencement of this section.
(2)
Section 35 does not apply to the commercial fisher licence until the licence is renewed.
