In this schedule—
(a)
a reference to prescribed crab in relation to a C1- ITQ unit is a reference to the crab stated for the C1-ITQ unit in the Fisheries (Commercial Fisheries) Regulation 2019, schedule 9, part 3; and
(b)
a reference to a prescribed crab management region in relation to a C1-ITQ unit is a reference to the management region stated for the C1-ITQ unit in the Fisheries (Commercial Fisheries) Regulation 2019, schedule 9, part 3.
