38 Authorisation
(1)
The holder of a charter fishing licence may, under the licence, conduct a charter fishing trip in offshore waters.
(2)
The holder of a charter fishing licence may authorise someone else to conduct a charter fishing trip as mentioned in subsection (1) under the licence.
(3)
A person authorised by the holder of a charter fishing licence under subsection (2) may, under the licence, conduct a charter fishing trip as mentioned in subsection (1).
