4 What is an eligible person’s quota entitlement
(1)
An eligible person’s quota entitlement for hand-harvest ITQ units is the amount of prescribed hand-harvest ITQ fish, in kilograms, that the person was authorised to take each year under an eligible licence.
(2)
If an eligible person was authorised to take prescribed hand-harvest ITQ fish under 2 or more eligible licences, the person’s quota entitlement for the hand-harvest ITQ units is the sum of the amounts the person was authorised to take under all of the licences.
