48 Restriction on authorising taking or possessing of freshwater fish
(1)
The chief executive must not issue a permit authorising the taking or possession of freshwater fish for trade or commerce.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply if the permit is a general fisheries permit for the collection of freshwater fish to be used for broodstock for aquaculture by the holder of the permit.
