62G Condition about using commercial fishing apparatus on tidal land
It is a condition of an aquaculture authority that a person may use commercial fishing apparatus on tidal land under the authority only if—
(a)
the tidal land is mentioned in the aquaculture development approval for the aquaculture development to which the authority relates; and
(b)
the apparatus is used for carrying out associated aquaculture activities under the authority.
